Who We Are

We couldn’t find the service we wanted, so we started a company to deliver it.

After 15 years traveling the world as management consultants, we started to wonder if we could apply these skills a little closer to home. Our HOA was looking for a new management company and, as board members, we wanted something different: Strategic advisers. Savvy financial thinkers. Creative problem solvers. Catalysts for change. Great communicators.

Then it occurred to us: why not build a company to fill the gap in the market, and apply the skills we’d honed serving demanding Fortune 100 executives to serving discerning HOA boards? As they say, the rest is history. Model HOA is now the market leader in Park City, with thousands of units under management.

As we’ve grown the business and earned the trust of so many homeowners, we’ve received countless requests for second home management services. These homeowners value Model HOA’s relentless focus on proactivity, responsiveness, and great communication. After 10 years of managing HOAs, we launched Model Second Home Management: a boutique, second home management

offering for Park City homeowners looking for the highest standard in quality, communication, and attention to detail in managing your real estate assets.

Ryan holds an MBA from Duke University and Allyson holds an MBA from Emory University. Ryan also serves on the Park City city council.
