The first week of 2022 in our Park City HOA management world was one for the books. It started off with 7 back-to-back days of continuous snow storms, the likes of which I have never seen in Park City in my 11 years as a Parkite! The storms were coupled with missed trash can / dumpster pick-ups, a sewer line break, a heating system failure in one of our buildings, and some heat cable malfunctions. Our phones were busy and our ticketing system abuzz and our office was pretty happy when Friday afternoon rolled around 🙂
We also welcomed the Ptarmigan Townhouses HOA into our Model HOA “family” on January 1st. Ptarmigan is a 20-unit townhome development in Silver Springs and we are psyched to now manage two HOAs in Silver Springs.
