Even though the snow gods have been good to Park City this February, it’s time for your HOA to start thinking about Spring! At Model HOA, we begin lining up our Spring/Summer projects in February as it takes a lot of work and time to finalize scope, obtain bids, select a vendor, and then get on the schedule.

The four items that recur each year in the communities we manage are:
  1. Building maintenance (exterior paint/stain, roof replacement/repair, heat cable repair/replacement)
  2. Asphalt maintenance (patching, crack seal, seal coat)
  3. Landscaping contracts
  4. Tree removal/pruning
