As the snow melts and the weather warms, we at Model HOA are enjoying the changing season. Early April is the time when we track the following items for our Spring property checklist:
- Heat tape turn off
- Removal of snow poles
- Repair of snow removal damage to landscaping or buildings
- Spring clean-up of landscaping including trash pickup, dead leaf removal, trimming bushes/shrubs
- Irrigation system start-up and repairs
- Mulch installation in the landscaping beds
- Execution of any pre-approved landscaping projects (best to plant in the Spring and not the middle of summer)
